This mat will last forever! I've had it for about 9 or 10 years now and you cannot tell, it is no worse for wear. I almost wish it would show wear so I could invest in another color, but I haven't been able to justify that.

This mat is awesome, it has super durable lasting quality too, but its very lightweight if you travel and don't want to skip your yoga practice. It's thinner of course but still offers enough knee protection for me. Sometimes I roll the side up under the knee, or use a blanket, but being as lightweight as it is, I feel like its worth it. It can be folded like a towel or blanket for easy packing.

Helps make yoga more accessible to beginners, not a necessity but nice to have. Cork is more eco-friendly and sturdy & durable than foam blocks, but either choice is fine.

Foam blocks, softer than cork, but still work well. This is a set of 2 blocks, and it comes with a strap, handy for shoulder stretches and heart openers. I don't have a picture, these are some of my old blocks, but the Syntus deal I put in this link is just a very good deal with the addition of a strap too, which can be very handy for some poses, again not a necessity at all though.
